Licking all of the spoons of course, at least here at the Acre! We filled up today on turkey, stuffing, potatoes, yams and pumpkin pie, all masterfully prepared by the lady of the house. Leftovers are stored, dishes cleaned, and the children are almost done resisting the call to bed. We are all in good health, (including tonsil boy, who had his out two weeks ago and ate with abandon today!), happy, and most importantly of all together under one roof this year, so all in all it was a wonderful Thanksgiving. I hope yours was as well. . .
Tomorrow, between the turkey/cranberry sandwiches and second (and third!) helpings of pie, I will rack my pumpkin wine, clean equipment, and if I have any momentum remaining, brew my first batch of beer.
Have a wonderful Thanksgiving weekend, and thanks for reading.
